Where are the products made?
We offer a wide selection of products and, to guarantee fair prices, we source our fabrics and materials globally, since each fabric may be cheaper in a different market.
How long does order processing take?
On average, processing an order takes 1 to 2 business days.
I only received part of my order. What should I do?
No worries! Some orders ship in several packages because we use multiple warehouses.
What should I do if I haven't received my order?
First, check your package tracking. Then contact our customer service at contact@ponchowear.fr and we'll be happy to help.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged as soon as you place your order.
What are your customer service hours?
We're available Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a response time of 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
