Return & Refund Policy – Ponchowear

Ponchowear is operated by Vcommerce. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after this 30-day window may not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Items that are damaged due to misuse, or that show signs of wear, are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team:

  • Please include your order number and reason for return in the subject line.
Important: Do not ship items back until you have received written return approval and instructions from our team.

Return Shipping

  • Return method: Mail only
  • Return label: A prepaid return label will be provided for all approved returns — free of charge
  • Restocking fee: None

Return shipping is free for all approved returns, including change-of-mind returns and defective items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@ponchowear.com with clear photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem promptly at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items that meet the same condition requirements and are returned within the 30-day return window. The exchange will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or payment account balance
  2. Contact your bank or card issuer (processing times may vary)
